1. For Inventory Module (version 1.0-228), there are an alert for products by product classes, i.e. When the inventory quantities for products are lower/higher than the specified quantities, the system will generate a MS Excel file and email to the system administrator (you need input the email address for the amin in Staff List) at schedule time; To run the alert manually, you can go to Print/Inquiry->Inventory Level Alert to get the Excel File;

 

2.  For Backup Module, the alert job can backup the database (only for MySQL now), and email the successful message to the admin at schedule time; To run backup job manually, you can do it by Settings -> Database Connection/Backup/Restore.
